How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also visit our
Track Order page and enter your order number and email address to get a real-time update.
Why does shipping take longer than Amazon?
We source many of our products directly from trusted suppliers to bring you the best prices. This means slightly longer delivery times compared to local warehouses β but you're getting quality products at significantly lower prices, always tracked.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible at
our contact page. Once dispatched, we're unable to redirect parcels.
What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated time?
If your order is outside the delivery window, first check the tracking link in your dispatch email. If tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days,
contact us and we'll investigate immediately and arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes for most destinations. Simply enter your PO Box address at checkout as normal.
Are there any customs or import duties?
For most orders under local de minimis thresholds, no customs fees apply. However, for larger orders, your country's customs authority may charge import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer. We mark all packages at correct declared values.
My order arrived damaged β what do I do?
We're so sorry! Please photograph the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away β no need to return damaged items.
Can I order multiple items in one package?
We do our best to ship your entire order together. However, if you've ordered products from different suppliers, you may receive multiple separate packages β each with its own tracking number. This is normal and doesn't affect your order or its free shipping eligibility.
