Our Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us first — email us at support@thegirlythings.com or use our contact form with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Get approval — we'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an address.
  3. Ship it back — pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  4. Receive your refund — once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items within the 30-day window. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened beauty products, skincare, and cosmetics
  • Earrings and intimate jewelry
  • Underwear and swimwear (hygiene liner removed)
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card company — processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
