We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Want a different size, color, or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items within the 30-day window. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit or full refund.
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you â no need to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5â7 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please first check your bank account and contact your card company â processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
